Orders are delivered throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta . Customers can choose the most convenient delivery option: at a branch, at a parcel terminal, or by courier to the specified address.
Delivery methods

- delivery to the Nova Poshta office in Ukraine;
- delivery to the Nova Poshta parcel terminal;
- Address delivery by courier "Nova Poshta".

When is the order shipped?
We process and ship orders daily. If your order is placed and confirmed before 3:00 PM , it will typically be sent to the delivery service on the same day.
If your order is confirmed after 3:00 PM , it will be shipped the next business day. During peak periods, processing times may vary slightly, but the nb.in.ua team always strives to ship packages as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery times
Once your order is handed over to the delivery service, it typically takes 1–3 days to receive your order. The exact time frame depends on your location, the carrier's schedule, and the chosen delivery method.
After shipment, the buyer receives tracking information for the package. This information can be used to check the current delivery status and estimated arrival date of the order.
Shipping cost
Delivery costs are calculated according to Nova Poshta service rates and depend on the delivery method, location, weight, and dimensions of the parcel.

- Address delivery by courier - from 95 UAH .
Shipping costs are charged separately from the item price, according to the carrier's rates. The final shipping cost may be confirmed upon placing or receiving your order.
Payment methods
In the nb.in.ua online store, payment for an order is made upon receipt of the goods.
The following payment methods are available to buyers:
- cash upon receipt of order;
- by bank card upon receipt of the order.
This format allows the buyer to pay for the goods directly upon receipt of the parcel at a branch, post office, or upon delivery by courier.
