PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT
This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is an official offer of the online store nb.in.ua , hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", to any individual intending to purchase goods posted on the website nb.in.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"). This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and contains all the essential terms and conditions for organizing the purchase and sale of goods remotely through the online store nb.in.ua.
1. General Provisions
1.1 This Agreement is a public offer and does not require a signature.
1.2. The Buyer agrees to the terms of this Agreement at the time of placing an order through the website nb.in.ua.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer to the Buyer the goods selected on the website nb.in.ua , and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods under the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. The name, range, quantity, and price of the product selected by the Buyer are indicated in the shopping cart and confirmed by the Buyer when placing the order.
3. Ordering procedure
3.1. The order is accepted through the website of the online store nb.in.ua.
3.2. The Buyer is obliged to provide reliable information necessary to fulfill the order.
3.3. The Seller has the right to refuse to process an order if the Buyer has provided false information.
4. Price of goods and payment procedure
4.1. The price of each product is indicated on the website nb.in.ua and can be changed by the Seller unilaterally.
4.2. Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer using one of the methods indicated on the website.
4.3. The Buyer’s obligation to pay for the goods is considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are received in the Seller’s account.
5. Delivery of goods
5.1. Delivery of goods is carried out throughout the territory of Ukraine by courier services or other methods indicated on the website.
5.2. Delivery times depend on the region and the delivery service.
5.3. The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt and ensure that they correspond to the order.
6. Rights and obligations of the parties
6.1. The Seller undertakes to:
- Transfer the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
- Provide information about the product, its properties and conditions of use. 6.2. The Buyer undertakes to:
- Accept and pay for the goods under the terms of this Agreement.
- Provide accurate information required to place and deliver your order.
7. Responsibilities of the parties
7.1. The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver goods due to the Buyer providing false information.
7.2. In the event of force majeure circumstances, the parties are released from fulfilling their obligations for the duration of their validity.
8. Return of goods
8.1. The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, if the goods have not been used and their consumer properties have been preserved.
8.2. Return of goods is carried out at the expense of the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
9. Confidentiality and protection of personal data
9.1. The Buyer agrees to the processing of his personal data in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data.
9.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose information received from the Buyer to third parties except in cases provided by law.
10. Other conditions
10.1. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations, and in the event of impossibility of resolving the dispute, in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
10.2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the text of this Agreement unilaterally.
