Return and exchange policy

Return Policy

1. Return of goods of proper quality

   • You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the product has not been used and has retained its marketable appearance, packaging, and consumer properties.
   • Returns are possible only with the original packaging, tags and sales receipt.
   • Shoes and clothing must not show signs of wear or use.

2. Return of defective goods

   • If you received a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
   • The seller undertakes to conduct an examination of the goods and, if a defect is confirmed, to refund the full cost of the goods or offer a replacement with a similar product.
   • When returning a product of inadequate quality, the Seller bears the cost of delivery.

Exchange terms

1. Exchange of goods of good quality

   • You can exchange the item for a similar one if the size, color, or style does not suit you.
   • Exchanges are possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, provided that their presentation, packaging and documentation are preserved.
   • Delivery in case of exchange of goods is carried out at the expense of the Buyer, if the goods are of proper quality.

2. Exchange of goods of inadequate quality

   • If defects in the product are discovered, it will be exchanged for a similar product at no additional cost to the Buyer.
   • If such a product is not available, we will offer you alternative options or refund your money.

Return or exchange procedure

1. To arrange a return or exchange, please contact us.

2. Please send the item along with the original receipt and return or exchange request to the address provided by our manager.

3. Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days using the same method used to pay.

Notes

• Refunds are possible only after checking the condition of the goods.
• The seller reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange of goods if signs of use or damage due to the fault of the buyer are detected.
• Certain categories of goods, such as socks, underwear, and accessories, are not subject to return or exchange in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
