Return and exchange policy
1. Return or exchange processing period
1.1. The buyer can return or exchange goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
1.2. The period starts counting down the next day after the parcel is delivered by the delivery service.
2. Product requirements
2.1. Before returning or exchanging goods, they are accepted in new condition, without signs of wear, use, contamination or mechanical damage.
2.2. The following must be preserved:
-original packaging;
- tags, labels and tags;
- full set of goods;
-marketable appearance of the product.
2.3. The packaging must not be damaged, sealed with foreign materials, or used as a transport box without additional packaging.
2.4. To confirm your purchase, please provide the order number or include a copy of the proof of purchase.
3. Return or exchange of goods of proper quality
3.1. If the product is not the right size, style, color, or for other personal reasons, the buyer may return or exchange it within 14 calendar days.
3.2. Goods of proper quality are accepted only on condition that they have not been used and have fully retained their original appearance.
3.3. In this case, the cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer in accordance with the rates of the selected carrier.
3.4. If the customer makes an exchange, the re-delivery of the new product is also paid by the buyer.
3.5. Upon receipt of the package, the product is inspected. If all conditions are met, the store will process the exchange or refund.
4. Defective goods or errors in the order
4.1. If the buyer receives a product with a manufacturing defect or an error was made during order processing, the store will issue an exchange or refund.
4.2. In case of confirmation of a defect or packaging error, the store will bear the delivery costs.
4.3. Returned goods are usually inspected on the day the parcel is received or within 1–2 business days.
4.4. After verification, the buyer may be sent a different item or receive a refund for the paid order.
5. Refund procedure
5.1. Refunds are made only for orders that have actually been paid for.
5.2. Funds are returned to the bank card or IBAN that the buyer specifies in the application or letter attached to the parcel.
5.3. To receive a refund, you must provide:
-order number;
- Full name of the recipient of funds;
- bank card number or IBAN;
- contact telephone number.
5.4. Refunds will be made after the goods have been received and checked.
5.5. The funds crediting period depends on the recipient bank and is up to 3 business days after the return is approved.
5.6. For legal entities, refunds are made to the payer’s account.
6. How to arrange a return or exchange yourself
6.1. Before shipping, please prepare the goods:
1. pack the product in full assembly;
2. Keep the original packaging;
3. Add proof of purchase or provide your order number.
6.2. Add a letter of any format to the parcel with the following information:
-order number;
- Full name of the buyer;
- contact telephone number;
-reason for return or exchange;
-details for a refund, if a refund is required;
- desired model, size or color, if an exchange is required.
6.3. Contacting a manager before shipping is not necessary. You can send the parcel yourself using the details specified in Section 7.
6.4. If an exchange for goods at a different price is being arranged:
If the new product is more expensive, the buyer pays the difference;
If the new product is cheaper, the difference is returned to the buyer.
6.5. We recommend that you indicate the declared value of the parcel in accordance with the value of the goods.
6.6. After receiving the parcel, the store inspects the product and takes further action: refund, exchange, or clarifying details as necessary.
7. Terms of payment for return shipping
7.1 If the product is returned in good condition, the buyer pays for delivery to the store.
7.2. If an exchange of a product of suitable quality is issued, the customer is responsible for the re-delivery of the new product.
7.3. If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or packaging error, the store will reimburse shipping costs after inspecting the product.
7.4. Parcels sent cash on delivery without prior approval will not be accepted.
8. Support service contacts
Contacting customer support is not required to process a return or exchange. The buyer can send the package themselves using the provided details, including all the necessary information.
