Return and exchange policy

Return Policy

1. Return of goods of proper quality

   • You can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, if the product has not been used, has retained its presentation, packaging, and consumer properties.
   • Returns are possible only with the original packaging, labels and sales receipt.
   • Shoes and clothing must not show signs of wear or use.

2. Return of goods of inadequate quality

   • If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
   • The seller undertakes to conduct an examination of the goods and, if a defect is confirmed, to return the full cost of the goods or offer to replace it with a similar product.
   • In case of return of goods of inadequate quality, the Seller bears the delivery costs.

Exchange conditions

1. Exchange of goods of proper quality

   • You can exchange the product for a similar one if the size, color or style does not suit you.
   • Exchange is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, provided that its presentation, packaging and documentation are preserved.
   • Delivery in case of exchange of goods is carried out at the expense of the Buyer, if the goods are of proper quality.

2. Exchange of goods of inadequate quality

   • If defects in the goods are discovered, they are exchanged for similar goods without any additional costs on the part of the Buyer.
   • If a similar product is not available, we will offer you alternative options or refund your money.

Return or exchange procedure

2. Send the product along with the original receipt and return or exchange application to the specified address that our manager will provide you with.

3. After receiving and checking the goods, the refund will be made within 7 working days using the same method by which the payment was made.

Notes

• Refunds are possible only after checking the condition of the goods.
• The Seller reserves the right to refuse return or exchange of goods if signs of use or damage due to the fault of the Buyer are detected.
• Some categories of goods, such as socks, underwear and accessories, are not subject to return and exchange in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
