Return or exchange within 14 days

The buyer has the opportunity to request a return or exchange of goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

Exchanges or returns are possible if the item is not the right size, color, style, fit, or for other reasons not related to manufacturing defects.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • was not in use;
  • has no signs of wear, dirt or damage;
  • the marketable appearance is preserved;
  • the box, packaging, labels and complete set are preserved;
  • There is proof of purchase from the NB.in.ua online store.

If all conditions are met, the customer can choose the best option: exchange the product for a different size, select a different model, or request a refund.

Warranty for manufacturing defects - 30 days

If a possible manufacturing defect is discovered while using the product, the buyer may contact NB.in.ua customer support within 30 calendar days of receiving the order.

Possible manufacturing defects may include situations where the defect is not due to use, external influences or improper care, but is of a manufacturing nature.

Examples of such shortcomings may include:

  • seam divergence;
  • peeling off of sole elements;
  • defects in gluing or stitching;
  • damage to the material without mechanical impact;
  • other defects that may be associated with the production of the product.

Upon request, the product may be accepted for inspection. After reviewing the situation and confirming the manufacturing nature of the defect, the buyer may be offered one of the following options:

  • exchange of goods for a similar model;
  • replacement with another available model;
  • refund.

When the warranty is not valid

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or external factors.

Such cases may include:

  • mechanical damage during wearing or use;
  • cuts, punctures, scratches or other external damage to materials;
  • damage caused by improper care or cleaning;
  • deformation of the product due to non-compliance with operating recommendations;
  • wear of the sole, insoles, laces or other elements during use;
  • damage caused by moisture, high temperature, chemicals or other external factors.
